First step: close eyes

I really need to get on a regular sleep schedule. I think its really messing me up. I realized I dont sleep well during the day. I wake up several times, like every hour or two. But then I cant fall asleep at night. I’ve become sleep deprived. Not good. Makes me have anxiety.
